The Firefield Hog laser illuminator turns a traditional rifle scope into the ultimate in night vision optics. Using green laser technology for night hunting has many advantages, as the eyesight of varmints and hogs is less sensitive to green light wavelengths, making it possible to locate them without spooking them. Laser technology also has the ability to travel much longer distances than LED technology, allowing shooters to greatly increase their sight distance at night by up to 100 yards. The Firefield Hog laser illuminator includes push-button and pressure pad operation selections to interchange based on personal preference and battery conservation, which can last up to five hours. It is matte black in color and is made of aircraft-grade aluminum and comes with a weapon and scope mount, allowing it to be easily attached to multiple firearms. The laser is shockproof and IPX6 weatherproof, making it an excellent choice to take on any hog or coyote hunting adventure.
