Asymmetrical lightweight carabiner

The light and asymmetric Am'D carabiner is made of aluminium. It has a D-shape which is particularly suitable for the connection of various descender type devices or clamping elements. Its fluid interior design and the Keylock system facilitate handling. The Am'D carabiner is available in three safety locking systems: TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK automatic systems and SCREW-LOCK manual system. The Am'D can be combined with the CAPTIV bar in order to favour the load on the carabiner according to the major axis, limit the risk of tipping over and to make it more solidly attached to the device.

It can be combined with the CAPTIV bar to favour the load of the carabiner according to the major axis, limit the risk of tipping over and to support the equipment.

- Fluid interior design that limits the risk of a stable point and facilitates the rotation of the carabiner.
- Keylock system to avoid any involuntary hooking of the carabiner.
H-profile:
- Ensures the best resistance/lightness ratio.
- Protects markings from abrasion.
Available in three versions of safety lock system:
- TRIACT-LOCK: automatic locking with triple action opening.
- BALL-LOCK: automatic lock with triple action opening, with lock indicator.
- SCREW-LOCK: manual screw-locking with red indicator visible when the carabiner is not locked.
Also available in black (TRIACT-LOCK and SCREW-LOCK versions) and gold (TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK versions).
